Formerly an LC-MS applications scientist at Agilent, he developed methods for trace contaminant analysis in environmental and food samples.
Senior Director OMICS Applications and Managing Director
Thomas Moehring is the senior director OMICS applications and managing director Thermo Fisher Scientific Bremen GmbH. He has worked for the company for almost 20 years since he joined as an applications specialist for Fourier-transform mass spectrometry.
Previously he was the group leader for Peptide ID at BioVisioN AG. Academically, he studied at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg where he obtained his PhD in organic geochemistry/analytical chemistry.
